The tracking link becomes active once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This can sometimes take a few hours – often the link only works in the evening of the shipping day or the next morning.
Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email directly on the carrier's website (e.g. dhl.de).
