Normally, the order confirmation is generated automatically and sent to you by email straight away. Please also double-check your spam folder – your order confirmation may have ended up there. If you haven’t received an email, it usually means your order hasn’t been placed. Please check whether the payment has been fully processed (and isn’t just shown as an authorisation or pending transaction).
